Weekly Rates for Meadowbeck Holiday Cottages range from £539 to £854.
For our self catering cottages, we offer short break stays with a minimum of 2 nights. During May, June, October, Bank Holidays, and Christmas, the minimum stay is 3 nights. In the peak months of July, August, and September, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.

Swallows Rest Cottage
Weekly Rates for Meadowbeck Holiday Cottages range from £539 to £854. We offer short break stays with a minimum of 2 nights. For May, June, October, Bank Holidays, and Christmas, the minimum stay is 3 nights. During July, August, and September, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required. Please note, our self catering cottages and Shepherd Huts are strictly no pets allowed.
Cowslip Cottage
Weekly Rates for Meadowbeck Holiday Cottages range from £479 to £760 for our self catering cottages. For short break stays, the minimum is 2 nights. In May, June, October, Half Term, Bank Holidays, and Christmas, the minimum stay is 3 nights. During the summer months of July, August, and September, we require a minimum stay of 7 nights. Additionally, please note that pets are welcome by prior arrangement for a fee of £20 each, ensuring your Shepherd Huts rates remain competitive.

Shepherds Watch
Weekly Rates for Meadowbeck Holiday Cottages range from £325 to £490 per week. For those looking for short break stays in our self catering cottages, we have a minimum stay of 2 nights. During peak times, such as July, August, Bank Holidays, and Christmas, the minimum stay is 3 nights, with rates between £75 and £95 per night. Discounts are available for stays of 4 nights or more.
Please note that prices are based on guests bringing their own bedding and towels. However, bedding, linen, and towels can be hired for an additional fee, all of which are detailed on our reservation enquiry and booking system.
For pet owners, we accommodate pets by prior arrangement for £20 each.
